  Our team specializes in working with children and adolescents to address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Our Psychiatry team assesses the need for medication and the child or adolescent's progress while on medication.

School, Early Childhood and Community-Based Prevention/Consultation Services

Case Management (CPST) workers can help clients manage other life concerns so they can focus on their mental wellness in a session and get the most from their treatment with us.  CPST services links parents/guardians with community supports to meet external needs.


 This could include: linking to food, medical, housing assistance

 Children's Advantage staff consults with schools, community organizations and designated preschool/childcare facilities to provide prevention and early identification of youth experiencing potential mental health issues.

Adolescent Substance Use Treatment

  School-based services include but are not limited to:

  • Initial consultation with student
  • Consultation with teachers and other staff
  • Classroom observation
  • Parent skills training
  • Psycho-educational groups; anger management problem solving, self-esteem & more
  • Consultation and training for school teachers and staff
  • Classroom presentations -- conflict resolution, problem solving skills and more
  • School-based services are available for children in preschool through adolescents in high school

 Our team specializes in working with youth, and young adults struggling with substance use and mental health challenges. We provide assessment and individual services as well as support for families.  


Utilizing The Seven Challenges® program, we help substance dependent youth to make a commitment to change.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Commercial Insurance, Medicaid, Self Pay and allow paying on a sliding scale. We work with you to find the best method for you to pay for treatment.  We are in network with most insurances. Call us to verify.

What happens at the first appointment?

 The first appointment is to assess the problem and determine the appropriate care plan. 

What is telehealth?

 Telehealth is a safe and secure video chat that allows your therapists and counselors visit with you remotely. Telehealth is easy to use, convenient, and flexible.
