Anger Management (ages 8-12)
Anger Management for Littles (ages 4-7)
Anger Management Teens (ages 12-17)
This group is intended to teach young children about appropriate skills to better manage anger. The curriculum covers subjects such as coping skills, de-escalation techniques, relaxation, decision making, etc.
Outpatient SUD Group (ages 12-18)
A group utilizing the evidence based Seven Challenges Model to explore substance use issues and increase motivation to change through the use of goal setting, process discussions, interactive journaling and activities.
OutSpoken Group (ages 12-17)
This group will focus on support, understanding, education, and mental health.
It is a safe place for kids to explore who they are, become comfortable with themselves, to gain understanding about topics they are confused about, and a place to empower them for both mental health and LGBTQ+ issues.
Love and Logic Parenting Group
This group will have the purpose of supporting parents in increasing and developing effective parenting skills. They will study the book Parenting with Love and Logic and support will be offered to address current concerns of the attendees. This group is meant to correspond with the anger management group for children ages 4-7.
Triple P Group (ages 0-12)
During this more intensive 5 week group, parents have the opportunity to gain knowledge about positive parenting strategies through presentations, video clips, group discussion, and practice (both during group and home.) Parents will identify things that influence their child’s behavior; learn strategies to enhance positive relationships and encourage children to develop new skills; set ground rules and implement positive strategies to manage challenging behaviors; develop their own planned activity by utilizing concepts and strategies discussed; and increase their confidence as parents.
Teen Triple P Group (ages 12-17)
During this more intensive 5-week group, parents have the opportunity to gain knowledge about positive parenting strategies through presentations, video clips, group discussion, and practice (both during group and home.) Parents will identify things that influence their teen’s behavior; learn strategies to enhance positive relationships and encourage teens to develop new skills; develop family rules and implement positive strategies to manage emotional behaviors; develop their own routine for dealing with risky behaviors by utilizing concepts and strategies discussed; and increase their confidence as parents.
Pathways Triple P (ages 0-16)
During this intensive 5-week group, parents will have the opportunity for changing dysfunctional attributions, improving home safety, modifying disturbances in attachment relationships and coping with anger. This group is for parents who have been involved with Child Protective Services and/or are considered at risk of abusing their children. Families experiencing ongoing conflict may also benefit from Pathways Group.
