What insurance do you accept?

We accept Medicaid, Self Pay and allow paying on a sliding scale. We work with you to find the best method for you to pay for treatment.  We are in network with most insurances. Call us to verify insurance.

What happens at the first appointment?

 The first appointment is to assess the problem and determine the appropriate care plan.
