In-Person Counseling
After your intake forms have been received and processed, we will get in touch to schedule your first appointment. You will be able to find all that you need on our First Session page including directions and financial details.

Remote Counseling
After your intake forms have been received and processed, we will get in touch to schedule your first appointment. We utilize a HIPAA compliant platform to host our remote counseling sessions. Please reference our Remote Counseling page for help with getting started on your first session.

You will receive an email with instructions to guide you through the set-up of your first remote session.
There is no log in or special accounts necessary. Please communicate any technological issues or complications to your counselor immediately and they will assist you or reschedule your session if necessary.
We ask that you read and sign an additional document called the Telehealth Acknowledgement Form. This document outlines specific details that will enable your remote counseling to be the most effective. Please sign and return it to us before your first session.
Your counselor will provide you with a link to their individual Doxy.me account. This same link will be used every time you meet together.
When you click on the provided link you will be brought to this screen. You may be asked to give access to your microphone and webcam. If so, allow Doxy.me access to these features. Type in your name and click “Check In”. You will be placed in Doxy.me’s virtual waiting room.
Once your counselor has signed on, you will notice their logo and name appear in the upper left corner of the screen. When your counselor is ready, they will begin the call and the video will begin. You won't need to do anything from this point on.
